Once your rental has been accepted, you'll receive a confirmation email and app notification.
Your rental will be posted by the Lender a few days before your rental Start Date to arrive on or before your Start Date, which is when you can start tracking your rental so that you don't miss the delivery!
In order to track your rental, your Lender must share the tracking details with you via Messenger. If they haven't shared the tracking details with you you can send them a message to ask for them. This way, you won't miss the delivery and you can have your item for the whole rental period!
We send all our managed items out on a 24 hour service with DPD. You should receive an email confirming delivery the day before your rental start date, and they will provide you with a one-hour time slot to receive your rental on the morning of delivery. You should be able to re-direct your parcel to a nearby parcel shop if you won't be home - unfortunately our items are unable to be left in a safe place so please do ensure someone is home to receive the delivery!
