For Lenders + Renters
Be mindful of the below dates and communicate! It is better to flag a potential delay in advance and discuss how you plan to avoid it over the below dates.
If you're a Lender, remember to consider any upcoming renters that might need to be considered when looking at the possible return dates for your current rental through these strikes.
If you're renting through our managed stock, then please rest assured we are doing everything we can to minimise delays to your rental.
However, if you're worried about your parcel not arriving on time then please don't worry - our team are here to help! Please kindly bear in mind that we're experiencing a higher volume of queries than usual at the moment, but we'll be with you as soon as we can!
ROYAL MAIL
Thursday 16th February - CLOSED
We recommend sending rentals on Monday 13th to avoid delays.
Friday 17th February - CLOSED
We recommend sending rentals on Tuesday 14th to avoid delays.

DPD
DPD have been experiencing significant delays as a result of the increased volumes alongside the Royal Mail strikes and inclement weather.
Services are disrupted in a range of areas, and their teams are working hard to minimise the impact of these delays, however, they have warned of 24-hour delays for some parcels.
DHL / EVRI / UPS
Are all experiencing a delay in services, citing the recent weather, and the Royal Mail strikes as the cause of the disruption.
