If you are a Lender who wants to refund a Renter for a particular reason, then you can now do so from within your Dashboard.
To do this, go to the Order page of your rental from My Rentals, press "Manage My Rental" and then "Initiate a refund". You can then select a reason for the refund and choose the amount you'd like to refund.
NB: This option is only available up until the day after the rental End Date.
You may wish to partially refund a Renter if the item arrives late with them or if they've alerted you to a small imperfection that you were unaware of. You may also wish to fully refund a Renter if you're unable to send the item or if the item is found to be in less than excellent condition.
Please note that by issuing a refund, your payout will be updated accordingly. We will show you how much this is during the process.
