If a Renter is no longer going to be at an address and they would like their rental delivered elsewhere the Renter can simply change the address!
- If the Rental is over 4 days from starting, then the Renter can edit their delivery address from the Order Detail page of their rental.
The Lender will be notified via email of the address change. It's always a good idea to drop the Lender a message to let them know you've made a change! If the item is 'Managed' by HURR you can let us know via the live chat or by leaving us a message at contact@hurrcollective.com
- If the Rental is within 4 days from starting, then the Renter is prompted to message the Lender instead as it is often too late to then change the address.
- If the Rental has started, then the option to edit the address doesn’t appear.
