How you buy something depends on whether you are buying from another HURR user, or directly from the HURR wardrobe.
👗 The HURR Wardrobe
Items from the HURR wardrobe are clearly labelled as "managed" on the resale page and display the below icon when looking at the product page.
The Buy Now option will be displayed under the usual rental option. The original RRP will also be displayed here, so you can see the saving!
🎁 Please allow us up to 5 days to dispatch your item. Once dispatched, we'll send you an email with shipping and tracking info.
If it isn't quite right...not to worry! We understand.
📅 You have 14 days to return the item to us from when you received the purchase. Simply fill in the return form that was included in your parcel and pop it back in the post to us. If you don't have a form, get in touch and we'll send another! We'll make sure your refund is processed within 10 working days.
👗 Buying from another HURR user
If another person on HURR is happy to sell an item, you'll see the option to "Buy Now", "Make An Offer", or both under the usual rental options.
💬 If you have any questions about the garment or delivery, get in touch with the seller in advance of purchase.
❌ If you decide the item isn't quite right, you must let the seller know that you wish to return the purchase to them within 24 hours of receiving it! Refunds are at the discretion of the seller. Please feel free to discuss this with the seller via the messages function in the HURR App.
♻️ If you have already rented the item, your rental period will need to end before your lender can accept an offer to buy. Your lender must also not have any other upcoming rentals on the item if they want to accept your order.
