Lenders can choose to set a Security Deposit on each item for peace of mind which is an additional fee, separate to the rental amount. The Security Deposit is a holding charge placed on the Renter’s card for the duration of the rental and is released once the item has been safely returned to the Lender. HURR reserves the right to charge this amount at any time if damage, loss or other issue is reported.
We recommend setting a deposit at 20% of the RRP, but it is totally up to you!
