Here are some more ways in which we ensure safety on the HURR platform:
Security Deposits: You can opt to add a security deposit to your listings, to make sure it's returned in the same condition. We suggest 20% of the RRP but it’s totally up to you!
Damage Protection: This is added by your renter and covers up to £50 of accidental damage (such as a broken zip, missing beads, stain removal and slight tears)
Rental Requests: You can accept or decline rental requests. Don’t be shy about communicating with a Renter if you have any questions about their plans for your item!
After each transaction, we ask both lenders and renters to complete a review which helps foster our community of trusted lenders and renters.
