🚚 Rentals must be returned the same way they arrived: using a guaranteed next-day tracked, signed for service.
🏡 Be sure to check that your address is correct in your HURR account as this will appear to the Renter when the time comes to send the item back!
For ease and reliability, we'll offer your Renter a DPD shipping option directly from their account. They'll be provided with a label, and packing instructions and DPD will keep you both updated with tracking information. This option will be made available to them, directly from the rental summary page, from their rental start date. We'll also email them with some reminders and instructions too.
When your rental is returned to you, please unbox your item within 24 hours of receiving it. If there are any issues, please check out these instructions.
