Please ask the Renter to request the item for their desired dates. You can then accept or decline the request through the Lending page on your HURR account. Here you’ll be able to see the date and length of the rental, your Renter’s address, and the amount you can expect to receive. You have 48 hours to accept or decline the request. Communication is key, so please always keep your renters informed and up to date!
If you are unable to fulfil a rental request, please decline the request within 48 hours to let the Renter know (although the sooner the better as they may be able to rent the item from another user)!
