We’re so pleased that your Renter is loving your item! If you’re happy to extend the rental and you have no upcoming rentals, then you can do this yourself online by issuing a charge to your renter. You can issue a charge, for any reason, 5 days before the start up and up to 3 weeks after the end date.
To do this, go to the Order page of your rental from My Rentals, press "Manage My Rental" and then "Request to charge". You can then select a reason for the charge and choose the amount you'd like to request.
