Before placing a rental, you can inquire about the size and fit of an item by clicking the ‘Message’ button that is displayed underneath the Lender’s name.
During your rental, you can utilise the messaging tool to coordinate delivery times and after the rental, feel free to let your lender know how much you enjoyed renting their wardrobe!
All communication about the rental must take place within the HURR platform. If anything goes wrong, the HURR team will only be able to support you through communication within the website. So for your peace of mind, and the safety of your wardrobe, please stick to messaging within the app.
