You will receive confirmation that HURR has received the request and passed on the notification to the Lender. The Lender then has 48 hours to accept the request before it expires.

❌ If the rental is declined or expires, your rental fee is refunded in the form of a reversal.
In the case of a reversal, you won’t see a refund credit on your statement. After a few days, you will just see the original authorisation drop off your statement entirely. There will be no payment and no refund. It’ll appear as if the whole transaction never happened. Your bank should be able to confirm this for you if you have any questions.
