My item has arrived in a poor condition, what should I do?

If your item has arrived in less than great condition please let the Lender know as soon as possible. Please ensure that you open the package on the day you receive it, sending any photos of the condition to the HURR team at contact@hurrcollective.com so that we can refund you accordingly.
Most importantly, we can help get an alternative item over to you ASAP! Have a browse of our 'Managed' items that are available for your dates and let us know what might work.
