We encourage our members to reach out to each other before, during, and after their rentals. Consistent communication is key to a seamless rental experience!
Before you place a rental you can inquire about the size and fit of an item by clicking the ‘Message >’ button that displays underneath the Lender’s name on the product page. You can also message during and after the rental period to communicate delivery times and how much you’ve enjoyed renting or lending with them!
Please ensure all communication takes place within the HURR platform for your safety and the safety of your items. If anything goes wrong, the HURR team will only be able to support you through the communication within the website. All message threads can be found via your Dashboard > Messages.
