As a Renter, you are expected to treat rented items as if they are your own. We understand that accidents can happen so we have created our Damage Protection add-on to help give you peace of mind. If anything happens, please immediately let the Lender know and inform HURR via our Live Chat on the HURR website. The better you manage the situation, the faster we can help you resolve it.
If you haven’t opted to pay for Damage Protection and if the item is damaged beyond repair, lost, stolen or the repair costs more than £50, HURR reserves the right to charge you for the total estimated Replacement Value of the item.
Please note that you may also be required to have a Security Deposit authorised on your card if the Lender has set this. You can learn more about our Security Deposits here.
