🚩 If anything happens to your rental, it’s really important that you inform the lender immediately. The better you manage the situation, the faster we can help you resolve it.
If you haven’t opted to pay for Damage Protection and if the item is damaged beyond repair, lost, stolen or the repair costs more than £50, HURR reserves the right to charge you for the total estimated Replacement Value of the item.
Please note that you may also be required to have a Security Deposit authorised on your card if the Lender has set this. You can learn more about Security Deposits here.
