We require both Renters and Lenders to share the tracking number used when shipping an item. Please ensure you ask the Renter or Lender for this if they have not already provided it.
Once the tracking number has been received, it becomes the sender's duty to accept the package on arrival. If, as the Lender, you choose to send the item earlier than the requested start date, it is your responsibility to check with the Renter ahead of time to make sure they are aware of when the item will be arriving and whether they will be in to accept it or not.
If tracking information is not shared by the Lender resulting in the Renter missing the delivery and no longer having use for the rental, the Renter will likely be refunded.
