🎁 Managed rentals (sent by HURR)
Our managed rentals are sent via a 24-hour overnight delivery service.
If you live inside the M25, your order will be shipped with our partner, Packfleet. For deliveries outside of London, DPD will deliver your parcel.
Regardless of the delivery provider, you can expect to receive notifications by email to keep you posted on your parcel’s journey to you.
By default, our couriers are requested not to leave parcels in a safe place should you be out. The safekeeping of your rental is entirely your responsibility and so we don’t recommend this as an option.
Alternative delivery options are available from the notification emails sent by either courier. You can refer to these emails for support if needed, and follow the provider's instructions to redirect your parcel.
👯 Peer to Peer rentals
We request that all parcels are sent using a next day, tracked and signed for service with the appropriate level of insurance to cover the contents.
We require Lenders to share the tracking number used as soon as they ship the item. Please reach out to your lender via the messaging service if they have not already provided it.
Once the tracking number has been shared via the HURR messaging platform, it becomes the receiver’s duty to accept the package upon arrival. If, as the Lender, you choose to send the item earlier than the requested start date, it is your responsibility to check with the Renter ahead of time to make sure they are aware of when the item will be arriving and whether they will be in to accept it or not.
If tracking information is not shared by the Lender resulting in the Renter missing the delivery and no longer having use for the rental, the Renter will likely be refunded.
