Our Fit Guarantee takes this stress away. If your item does not fit, you can receive a refund for 100% of the rental fee, minus the dry cleaning and postage costs. You must request the Fit Guarantee refund by notifying HURR on the rental start date in order to qualify for the refund. Please go to your In Progress rentals and click the item image to view your Order Summary. Please go to Manage My Rental, selecting 'My item doesn't fit'.
Once requested, please make sure that the item is in the post back to the Lender the following day, i.e. what would have been the second day of the rental. Please provide the Lender with proof of postage.
Once your item arrives back with the lender, HURR will process a full Rental Fee refund, minus the dry cleaning cost and delivery charge.
