Our Fit Policy takes this stress away. If your item doesn't fit you'll receive a part-money, part-credit refund. The rental fee will be refunded directly and the dry cleaning fee will be credited to your HURR account. Please note: the below steps must be followed on the day you receive your rental in order to qualify for a refund.
On your rental Start Date, if your rental doesn't fit please go to your In Progress rentals and select View Details to see your Order Summary. You can then click on MY ITEM DOESN'T FIT at the top of the page. You must select this option on your rental start date in order to qualify for the refund, for this reason please ensure you open your rental on the day the item arrives. N.B. Postage costs won't be refunded.
If your rental arrives early please wait until the rental start date for the MY ITEM DOESN'T FIT button to appear.
Once requested, the item must be in the post back to the Lender within 24hrs of receiving it. Please provide the Lender with proof of postage and tracking information.
