When a member requests to rent an item, you’ll have the option to accept or decline, depending on whether or not you can fulfil the rental. After you have accepted the rental request, you can view all the details in your DASHBOARD > LENDING > UPCOMING.

All deliveries must be sent using a first class, tracked and signed for service or similar. Delivery is the responsibility of the sender so please make sure you fully insure the item when sending and that your return address is included on the parcel, in the unlikely event of a redirection. Make sure you mark it as shipped and share the tracking number via the platform.

As a lender, you set the postage price when listing your item and this will be paid for by the renter.

Return delivery is paid for and organised by the renter.

If you have any questions about delivery costs or timings, we encourage you to message the lender directly.

Hang on to the receipt for proof of shipping so that you're protected if the item doesn't arrive with the renter or back with the lender.
