We encourage both renters and lenders to share the tracking number used when shipping an item. Please ensure you ask the lender for this if they have not already provided it.

Once the tracking number has been received, it becomes the renter's duty to accept the package on arrival and safely return the item to the lender.

If, as the Lender, you choose to send the item earlier than the requested start date, it is your responsibility to check with the renter ahead of time to make sure they are aware of when the item will be arriving and whether they will be in to accept it or not.
