If you have been affected by COVID-19 and know that your response and delivery time will be delayed, message any renters directly to let them know about any expected delays in delivery times. You can also choose to "pause" your wardrobe temporarily via your HURR Dashboard.

Communication is key, so always keep your renters informed and up to date. If you are unable to fulfil a rental request, please decline the request within 48 hours to let the renter know.
