🎁 Managed rentals (sent by HURR)

Our managed rentals are shipped using a reliable 24-hour overnight delivery service. Depending on the time you book your rental and your location, the provider will be Royal Mail, Packfleet or DPD.

Regardless of the delivery provider, you’ll receive email notifications to keep you updated on your parcel’s journey.

For security reasons, our couriers are instructed not to leave parcels in a safe place if you’re not available. It’s important to avoid this option and consider alternative delivery arrangements provided in the notification emails from the courier.

👯 Peer-to-Peer rentals

We require all parcels to be sent using next-day, tracked, and signed-for services with appropriate insurance coverage.

Lenders are obligated to share the tracking number as soon as they dispatch the item. If you haven’t received this information, please contact your Lender through our messaging service.

Once the tracking number is shared via HURR’s platform, it’s your responsibility as the receiver to ensure you’re available to accept the package upon delivery. If a Lender decides to ship the item earlier than the requested start date, they should communicate this to you beforehand.

Please note:

If the tracking information isn’t provided by the Lender, and you miss the delivery resulting in the rental becoming unusable, you’re likely eligible for a refund.
