The service fee helps us keep HURR running smoothly and allow us to continue investing in new features or initiatives that make Rental a fun and safe way to enjoy fashion!

Here's the breakdown...

For Renters:
• 15% of the total rental cost (including the rental fee, delivery fee and cleaning fee) goes towards the service fee.
• When a Lender submits a Charge Request (for example, for a late return, repair or additional cleaning), a 15% service fee will also apply to the total invoice amount and is payable by the renter.
• Damage Protection is charged separately and does not incur any additional service fees.

For Lenders:
• 15% of the total rental cost (including the rental fee, delivery fee and cleaning fee) is payable to HURR.
• For FLEX rentals, the service fee remains 15% of the rental fee only with the standard FLEX Discount applied seperately.
• On Charge Requests, lenders will receive 100% of the amount they request – the service fee is added on top and paid by the renter.
• HURR Protect is charged separately and does not incur any additional service fees.

For Buyers:
• Buyers are charged 12% of the purchase price, excluding any delivery costs.

For Sellers:
• We offer zero seller fees on resale – sellers retain 100% of the purchase price plus any delivery costs.
