Shopping Internationally

You can purchase resale items instantly using our “Buy Now” feature, or “Make an Offer” to purchase an item from one of our Sellers.

If you’re shopping from outside the UK, please first select the country you’re shopping from using the dropdown menu in the top left-hand corner of our website. This will ensure you see the relevant information for your location.

Shipping & delivery

At checkout, please make sure you select the correct delivery country and enter your full delivery address. The correct international shipping charge for your destination will then be applied to your order.

For items purchased from our Managed collection, once your order has been placed it will automatically be processed for dispatch.

For Peer-to-Peer purchases, the Seller may get in touch with you via the Messages function on the HURR platform to discuss the shipment further.

Payment & currency

Your card will be charged in GBP (£). Any currency conversion will be handled by your bank or card provider.

Import duties, customs & taxes

Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charge paid at checkout.

Where applicable, these charges will be payable separately to our shipping partner before your order can be delivered. The amount will depend on your destination country and its local import requirements.

Rental availability

Our rental service is only available in the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
