If your rental has ended and you still haven’t received tracking information from your Renter, we'd suggest getting in touch with them to see if there's any reason behind the delay. Sometimes, there is a reason that someone hasn't found a moment to upload tracking information.

If you have reached the end of the returning date with no communication, contact our team via the help icon at the bottom right of the page.

ℹ️ Please note that we require any late returns to be raised with our team within three days of the rental end date. We're committed to supporting our users through any event of loss, doing everything within our power to locate your item. Please note though, that as a Marketplace, HURR is not financially responsible for the loss of an item rented from you on the platform.
