If you need your rental delivered to a different address, no worries! Here’s how you can do it:
- More than 4 days before your rental starts: You can edit your delivery address from the Order Detail page of your rental. The Lender will receive an email notifying them of the address change. It’s a good idea to drop them a message as well to keep them updated!
- Within 4 days before your rental starts: You’ll need to message the Lender directly to request an address change, as it may be too late to update it through the system.
- After your rental has started: Unfortunately, you won’t be able to edit the address anymore.
For 'Managed' items by HURR: We can't change these details directly. However, if you cancel and re-book, we'll waive any cancellation fees from the original booking.
