As a Renter:
To cancel a rental, follow these steps:
- Go to My Rentals > Renting > Upcoming
- Select Manage My Rental > Cancel My Rental
If you have any questions about cancellation fees, leave us a message via our ‘Help?’ widget on the HURR website with your order number. We’ll look into refunding the cancellation fee where applicable.
Important: Cancelling last minute limits other HURR members from renting the item, so please try to cancel as early as possible.
HURR Cancellation Terms and Fees:
- For rentals booked more than 48 hours in advance of the start date:
- Cancellations more than 10 days in advance are fully refundable.
- Cancellations made within 10 calendar days of the Rental Start Date incur a 30% Cancellation Charge payable to HURR.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date are non-refundable.
- For rentals booked within 48 hours of the start date:
- Cancellations made within 2 hours of the Booking Date and Time are fully refundable.
- Cancellations made more than 2 hours after the Booking Date and Time are non-refundable.
