🤝 Peer-to-Peer Rentals

Your rental will be posted by the Lender a few days before your Start Date to ensure it arrives on time. You can start tracking your rental as soon as the Lender shares the tracking details via Messenger. If you haven’t received the tracking info, just send them a message to ask for it. This way, you won't miss the delivery and can enjoy your item for the full rental period!

🎁 Managed Rentals

We send most of our 'Managed' items with Royal Mail, DPD, or FedEx on a 24-hour service.

The courier depends on your area and rental start date. You’ll get an email the day before your rental start date confirming delivery and providing options to track its journey or make any necessary delivery edits.

ℹ️ Please note, our parcels cannot be left with a neighbour or in a safe place. Leaving instructions for our couriers to do this may result in a loss for which you will be responsible. Your rental is intended to be received by you at your chosen delivery address on your rental start date.
