Yes, as long as the rental dates match (same start and end date). To make it easier, we'll automatically separate your items by date so you can see which can be bundled together. You can even mix items from our Managed collection with those from private Lenders on the site.
💸 Can I get a refund for one item in my bundle and not the others?
- Partial refunds: Rental price, delivery, and dry cleaning are refunded, but damage protection is not. If an active rental from the same Lender remains in the bundle, delivery is not refunded.
- Bundle refunds: Rental price, delivery, dry cleaning, and damage protection are refunded.
Fit Guarantee: These work in our usual way.
🛡 Do you have security measures for bundles?
- The maximum RRP threshold for all checkouts is £3,000.
- If you're a first-time Renter, the RRP threshold is £1,500. We'll give you a nudge to make a different choice if your cart exceeds this.
- There cannot be more than one bag in a bundle.
🛡 What about Damage Protection?
- Damage protection for bundles costs £9.99, while for single rentals, it remains £7.50.
💌 Can I expect the usual notifications?
- You'll receive one email and notification per rental, so you’ll stay informed about each item individually.
- Keep in mind that your items will arrive in different parcels and at different times on your start date if you're renting from multiple Lenders at once.
↩️ How do I manage the returns?
Just follow the usual process! You can now add multiple rentals to a tracking number when returning multiple items to the same Lender.
