⏳ Once you’ve submitted a rental request, the full amount (including any Security Deposits) will be authorised on your card. You’ll receive confirmation that HURR has received your request and notified the Lender. The Lender then has 48 hours to accept the request before it expires.

❌ If the rental request is declined or expires, your rental fee is refunded through a reversal.
In the case of a reversal, you won’t see a refund credit on your statement. After a few days, the original authorization will simply drop off your statement. There will be no payment or refund, making it seem as if the transaction never occurred. If you have any questions, your bank can confirm this process for you.
