If your item doesn’t fit your Renter, don’t worry! Renters can register for a Fit Refund, returning the item the day following its arrival. You’ll still receive payment for the postage and dry cleaning costs set by you on your listing!

HURR’s Top Tip: If you find you’ve been receiving a handful of Fit Refunds recently, consider adding more information to your listing. E.g. Your height, item measurements, how the item fits on you etc. Extra photos are always a good reference point too!
