When a potential renter wants to rent your item on HURR, here’s how you can accept their request:

Receive the Request: The renter will submit a request for your item on their desired dates through the HURR platform.

Review the Details: Log in to your HURR account and navigate to your Lending page. Here, you will see the details of the rental request including the dates, length of rental, renter's address (which is kept private until you accept), and the amount you can expect to receive.

Accept or Decline: You have 48 hours to review the request and decide whether to accept or decline it. It’s important to communicate promptly with the renter to keep them informed and maintain a good experience. This is also your chance to ask questions to your Renter and kick off good communication about your item and care expectations.

Communication: If you are unable to fulfils the rental request for any reason, it’s best to decline it as soon as possible. This allows the renter to make alternative arrangements quickly, possibly renting from another user on HURR.

Manage Requests: Use the messaging feature on HURR to communicate with the renter if there are any questions or if you need more information before accepting their request.

By managing rental requests promptly and communicating effectively with renters, you ensure a smooth and positive experience on HURR for both parties involved.
