Returning your rental is easy, but you are responsible for safely getting it back no later than the final day of your rental period. Make sure to use a 1st class tracked and signed-for, guaranteed next day service or something similar.

If it’s ‘Managed’...

If your item is ‘Managed,’ you’ll find a pre-paid returns label and a cable tie in your reusable packaging. If you’ve misplaced the cable tie, feel free to use string or anything else to securely close the bag.

  1. Attach the label securely: Make sure your label is firmly attached to the parcel.
  2. Secure the velcro: Ensure the velcro is closed properly to prevent the parcel from losing its label.
  3. Add return tracking details: You can do this from the Rental Details page.

Pop the parcel in the post, and you’re all set! If you need any help, our team is here for you.

If it's Peer-to-Peer

If your rental came from a private Lender, the cost of return is yours, unless your Lender has included a return label for you. They are not obliged to do this.

  1. Clearly address the label: Double check the address before posting to avoid any courier or postal issues.
  2. Use the correct service: You must return your parcel using a fully tracked, next day delivery option. We recommend using Royal Mail, who will insure the parcel contents for up to £750 on this service. Failure to use the correct service could result in late fees if the parcel does not arrive on time.
  3. Secure the rental: Package the rental carefully - it belongs to someone else and should return safely!
