  • Extend your rental: Reach out to the Lender to discuss keeping the item for additional days to still enjoy your full rental period.
  • Return and refund: If you prefer, you can return the item on your original end date and receive a refund for the days you missed.
  • Full refund option: If the item doesn’t arrive in time for your occasion, you may be eligible for a full refund.

If your rental tis Peer-to-Peer, from a private Lender, you must communicate any requests or issues to them directly.
