CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT:

First things first, register your account with us. Don’t forget to add your card and address details on your Account page.

BROWSE:

Head over to the Just In page to see the latest arrivals. Use the filters on the left to narrow down your search to exactly what you're looking for!

Filter by rental dates, designer, size, colour, and more to find your perfect piece.

If you toggle the ‘Managed Stock Only’ button, you’ll see items managed by the HURR team, featuring collections from our brand partners that we ship directly from HURR HQ. Learn more about this option here.

💡 Top tip: ‘Heart’ items to add them to your Wishlist. On your Wishlist page, you can create personalised collections to revisit later!

RENT:

Choose your item and select a rental period of 4, 8, 10, or 20 days. You can either ‘Add To Bag’ to save it for later or ‘Rent Now’ to go straight to checkout. You might want to message the Lender first to ask about the size and fit.

Next, enter your shipping and payment details. Verify your information on the Rental Summary, which includes a price breakdown and an option for £7.50 Damage Protection (we highly recommend it!). This is also where you can apply credit or add a promo code.

The Lender has 48 hours to accept your request. Once accepted, you’ll get a confirmation email and app notification. You can check your order status anytime in the My Rentals section.

If your request isn’t accepted, you’ll receive an email explaining why. Any temporary charges on your card will be returned if your request expires or is declined. More about these charges here.

DURING YOUR RENTAL:

The Lender will provide tracking details so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Please note:

  • Your rental can arrive any time on the Start Date. If you need it on that day, set your Start Date to at least one day before.
  • If the item doesn’t fit, don’t panic! Read this article.
  • Don’t clean the item during your rental period. If it needs cleaning, message the Lender and the HURR team ASAP.

RETURNING YOUR RENTAL:

Return the item on the final day of your rental period to avoid late fees. Use a tracked, signed-for service for peace of mind.

MANAGED:

For ‘Managed’ items, place the item in the reusable packaging it came in, attach the pre-paid returns label, secure the parcel with the provided zip-tie, and drop it off at your local Post Office. Easy!

NON-MANAGED:

For peer-to-peer rentals, find the Lender’s address in the My Rentals section of your Account.

Packaging:

Use a jiffy bag or cardboard box (reuse the original packaging if possible). Include your address as ‘Return To Sender’ just in case.

Service:

Post the item using a tracked & insured service. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, which includes insurance up to £500. For items over £500, purchase additional insurance.

Tracking:

Share the tracking number with the Lender as soon as you’ve posted the item. You’ll be prompted to ‘Add Tracking’ in the My Rentals section next to ‘Manage My Rental’.
