- Earning Credit: Users earn 5% of the rental fee as credit for every successful rental they place on HURR. This means that for every rental transaction completed, 5% of the rental fee is accumulated as credit in your account.
- Accumulating Credit: The credit earned through the loyalty scheme accumulates in your HURR account. You can view your credit balance easily through your account dashboard or during the checkout process.
- Redeeming Credit: The accumulated credit can be applied towards future rentals on HURR. During the checkout process, you'll have the option to use your available credit to offset part or all of the rental cost.
- Automatic Application: Once earned, the credit is automatically applied to your account and is available for use immediately. There's no need to manually activate or redeem the credit—it's ready for use whenever you decide to rent again.
How do I earn credits?
You can earn credits on all successful rentals through the HURR marketplace, which can be applied towards future rentals. Here’s how it works:
- Successful Rentals Only: Credits are earned only on successful rentals. A rental is considered successful if it is completed without cancellation or issues that prevent the rental from being finalised.
- Credit Calculation: You earn credits equivalent to 5% of the total rental fee for each successful rental. This includes costs such as dry cleaning, delivery, service fees, and damage protection costs, after any coupons or other credits are applied.
- Cancellation Exceptions: If a rental is cancelled or does not proceed to completion for any reason, you will not earn credits for that particular rental.
- Accumulating Credits: Credits earned from successful rentals are accumulated in your HURR account. These credits can be viewed and managed in your account dashboard.
Applying Credits: During the checkout process for future rentals, you have the option to apply your accumulated credits to reduce the total rental cost. This helps in saving on subsequent rentals and makes sustainable fashion more affordable.
Can I transfer credits?
You cannot transfer credits earned through the HURR Credit Loyalty Scheme to another user. Here's why:
- Non-Transferable: Credits earned via the HURR Credit Loyalty Scheme are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another user's account.
- Personal Use: These credits are intended for your use only, allowing you to apply them towards future rentals on the HURR platform.

Can I use credits alongside another promotion?
