Flex is designed to make renting more affordable and accessible for our community. With FLEX, Renters can book items across multiple categories for longer durations at discounted rates. This means more rental requests and higher potential earnings for you as a Lender.

Since launching in May 2024, we’ve seen an increase in rental requests for our Lenders. In addition to more rentals being requested, we see more Renters shifting from 4-day rentals to longer periods, increasing earning potential. By combining Flex with our new Multi-Item Cart, more Renters are adding extra items to their booking, often renting more than one item from the same lender.

To help you maximise the benefits of the FLEX program, here are some tips:

👖 Expand Your Listings: Include in-demand categories like blazers, tanks, trousers, totes, and jewellery to capture more rental interest.

⭐️ Feature Popular Brands: Renters love brands like Cult Gaia, Zimmerman, and Rixo, which tend to perform well on HURR.

💬 Use the Messenger: Send links to other items in your wardrobe that perfectly complement a rented piece (e.g., the ideal bag or earrings to pair with that dress).

📸 Upload More Photos: Showcase how items can be styled together for a complete look by adding additional photos to your listings.

👛 Highlight Pairings: Use listing descriptions to highlight what other items this piece “looks great with…”
