Before placing a rental, you can ask about the size and fit of an item by clicking the ‘Message’ button under the Lender’s name.
During your rental, use the messaging tool to coordinate delivery times. After the rental, let your Lender know how much you enjoyed renting their wardrobe!
Remember, all communication about the rental must happen within the HURR platform. This ensures we can support you if anything goes wrong. For your peace of mind and the safety of your wardrobe, please stick to messaging within the app.
